Associate Guide

Miss Melanie joined the Magnolia family in 2024 and brings with her over 10 years experience working as a nanny, tutor, and mentor. Her passion in life is finding new creative ways for kids to learn and have fun while embracing the Montessori philosophy. She instilled this philosophy throughout her time as a nanny and has brought this enthusiasm into our classrooms.

“I believe that communication paired with creativity in the classroom results in a happier and a more teachable experience. My goal is to have every child excited to walk through our classroom doors and make every day unique and inspiring”.

During her free time, Melanie enjoys gardening and cooking, but most of all she loves hiking with her husband and black lab in the NJ area.
