Jody Austin-Dominguez joined Magnolia in 2021 after serving 14 years as a Somerset County Park Ranger. Out on the trails she developed a deep passion for teaching and watching children learn hands-on through their own curiosity and wonder for the natural world. After learning about the Montessori method and embracing it as a parent, she decided to pursue Montessori education as a profession and natural evolution of what had become most important to her both at work and in her personal life. Outside of school Ms. Jody loves to spend time outside and having fires with her family in the yard. She loves to tinker, fix things and write poems when no one is looking
